this works out well.... because.... he is older.... hopefully experienced.... and.... he can be a mentor.... being a mentor is NOT a demotion.... in my world.... it is a promotion.... you are in control.... you draw the map.... and.... the queen.... the mentee in this case.... does all the work.... she is the implementor.... she manages the day to day.... the mentor is responsible for strategy and teaching.... and.... the mentee is responsible for day to day management.... and.... eye work with the queen.... eye show her the way.... this is good.... this is really good.... eye think that this turned out better than eye could have expected.... again.... this might just be perfect.... man works with woman.... eye work with special k.... and woman work with man.... special k works with the caretaker.... this might just be the perfect arrangement.... it does NOT always work out this way....
